The thing with communication is a bit tricky: always just sending, sending, sending doesn't work. Our tip: also try receiving. Simply listening for a change. We did that too: with the apprentices at ERGO.
What is actually important to apprentices? What do they need to feel comfortable? What expectations do they have - in life and in their job? Questions, questions, questions. We interviewed the apprentices at ERGO and received answers, answers, answers. Very authentic, very personal, and very individual. From the individual conversations, an illustrator captured the key keywords and combined them into a unique overall image. Based on that, we created a recruiting campaign that we rolled out on Instagram - from apprentices to apprentices.
